Albacus
We automate utility consumption monitoring in public buildings and reduce costs for cities through an effective incentive model.
Cities pay for energy. Schools have no reason to save it.
Electricity, gas, water and heating bills in public buildings are paid by the city. School and kindergarten principals never see these costs – so they have no motivation to save.
Albacus solves this problem. Our system automatically monitors utility consumption, compares it year over year and calculates real savings. Half of the saved funds go back to the school – this is the 50/50 model, proven in Gdynia over several years across more than 100 facilities.
Automated monitoring
We pull utility consumption data directly from energy supplier systems.
50/50 incentive model
Half of the savings go back to the facility. Real motivation to act.
Measurable impact
Financial savings, CO₂ emission reduction and environmental education – all in one tool.
